Refund Policy

📖 Print Books (Amazon)

  • Print editions purchased through Amazon are covered by Amazon’s standard return policy.

  • Most new, unopened books can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Books that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective will be replaced or refunded by Amazon.

  • Refunds and returns are handled directly through Amazon—you don’t need to contact us for these purchases.

🖥️ Digital Products (eBook + PDF Workbook)

  • All digital sales are final due to the instant delivery and copyable nature of the files.

  • To help you make the best choice, we provide sample pages and clear product descriptions before checkout.

  • Digital products purchased via Payhip or Amazon Kindle follow this rule:

    • Payhip → Non-refundable after purchase.

    • Kindle eBook → Amazon allows refunds within 7 days of purchase (handled directly through Amazon).​​

🎓 Coaching Services

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
